Project

What changed?

Branding --> aligned to Sprinklr's gradient and color branding

Stats --> Taken inspiration from Reddit, showing stats on how many community posts, likes, and users are signed up along with the users that are online now

Hierarchy --> Content was placed to better align with the purpose of community

Conversations list --> Divided into trending and recents, with added metadata and tags along with an AI summary of the conversation article so it is clear what each post is about

Leaderboard --> Introduced gamification through a leaderboard rank with badges the user can earn from engaging with others

Purpose of Sprinklr Community

Design System

To ensure all new page designs were consistent, as I created new pages I made sure to consolidate patterns, components, and variants in a simple design system to use as a source of truth and starting off point for all pages

Reflection

I thoroughly enjoyed working on this redesign from beginning to end -- I found it very fun to be able to not conform to our usual Sprinklr design system & patterns where I was able to use my creativity and knowledge of UX design fully.

Unfortunately the design QA I performed once the community site launched yielded several discrepancies. While some priority items were addressed, there are still outlying issues that continue to get ignored due to external issues.

Opportunities

Revisit redesigned pages now that it has been launched

Work with dev team to address the bugs on the site

Conduct user research on changes they would like to see or new features they would like added to the site
